Imran Siddique is Chief Platform Officer at Opaque Systems and the creator of the Agent Governance Toolkit.Imran holds 20+ patents in AI systems, data platforms, and sustainability infrastructure, and has published research papers on agentic architecture and distributed systems. He contributed upstream to three major open-source frameworks, and built the measurement that the industry now cites.
At CC Summit 2026, Imran is launching TRACE and Agent Manifest, open attestation standards that extend TEE measurement to agent runtime behavior, making it possible for the first time to produce hardware-sealed, offline-verifiable proof of what an AI agent decided, under which policy, in which environment, without trusting the operator.
